After submitting the form, selected participants will be contacted individually to confirm participation.
Payment instructions will be provided upon confirmation. Your participation will be finalized once payment is completed within the specified period.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be provided according to the following cancellation policy.
· 7+ days before the event: 100% refund
· 3–6 days before the event: 50% refund
· 2 days before the event through the event day or no-show: No refund
※ If the program is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances or by the organizer, a full refund will be provided.
※ Due to advance accommodation and meal reservations, refunds may be limited for last-minute cancellations.
