Wellness Day with SGC

Overview

Take a little break from the busy pace of Seoul and join the Seoul Girlies Collective for a special day dedicated to wellness, creativity, and community. We'll spend the day outside of Seoul enjoying pottery, yoga, and traditional Korean tea at Mudrasoil Ceramic Studio.
A note for our community: This event is exclusively for women of color living in South Korea. We’re creating a space to relax, connect, and enjoy the day together. 💕
Because we'll be traveling together from Seoul, everyone is encouraged to meet at Seongsu Station for the group departure.
📍 Meet: Seongsu Station
🕥 Meeting time: 10:30 AM
🚐 Departure: 11:00 AM

We'll travel together from Seongsu Station to Mudrasoil Ceramic Studio and return to Seongsu Station together after the workshop ends around 4:00 PM.
Ticket Price: 90,000 KRW per person 💚

🏺 Pottery workshop — enjoy wheel throwing AND ceramic plate painting
🧘🏽‍♀️ Hatha + Flow yoga session - Please wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in and bring your own personal yoga mat.
🫖 Traditional Korean tea experience

Cancellation & refund policy

To reserve your place, payment is required after registration.

Please note that all payments become non-refundable 72 hours after payment has been received.
SGC works with third-party venues, instructors, and event providers. Once your payment is received, we begin paying for your reservation, venue, supplies, materials, transportation-related arrangements, and other event-related costs. These expenses are often non-refundable to us.
Because of this, we're unable to issue refunds after the 72-hour window, as refunds would have to come directly out of SGC's budget.

Payment guidelines

Full refund if the organizer cancels

You’re entitled to a full refund of anything you’ve already paid the organizer.

This covers cancellations for:

  • Minimum participants not reached
  • Severe weather
  • Other reasons beyond the organizer’s control

We’ll email you and send an in-app notice.

Because you pay the organizer directly, they issue the refund — usually via the same payment method.
