Privacy Policy

When you sign up (everyone): name, email, and sign-in provider details.

Customers: contact details, Kakao ID (optional), nationality, gender, date of birth, passport/ARC-related information (optional), and other fields you save to your booking profile, plus booking history and notes.

Organizers: business or organizer name, contact details, about text, logo and banner, payment instructions (bank transfer, KakaoPay, etc.), and service category.

Organizer identity verification (not public): for businesses — registration number and certificate (image/file); for individual organizers — ID number and ID photo. These are not shown on your public page.

Automatically: access logs, cookies, device information, and IP address for security and service improvement.

To identify members, manage accounts, and process booking requests, confirmations, and cancellations, including prefilling forms for convenience.

To show organizers' payment details (bank transfer, KakaoPay, and similar) so customers can pay organizers directly.

To verify organizers: because GoDayly does not take payment from customers, we review identity and business documents before listings go public to reduce scams and fake organizers.

To respond to inquiries, send notices, and improve the Service.

To prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

We delete personal data without undue delay when you close your account, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Organizer verification documents are kept only as long as needed for verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, then deleted.

When a customer requests a booking, information needed to fulfil it (such as name, contact details, guest count, and optionally Kakao ID) is shared with the relevant organizer.

Payment details an organizer adds to their profile (bank name, account number, account holder, KakaoPay ID, etc.) are shown in booking and payment instructions so customers can pay the organizer directly.

Business registration numbers and certificates, and individual ID numbers and photos, are reviewed only by the Company and are never shown on public organizer pages or to customers.

We may disclose information when required by law or valid legal process.

The Company does not collect or process customers' payments. Customers pay organizers directly using the organizer's instructions.

We do not collect customers' card numbers or bank-transfer proofs as raw payment instruments. Organizer payout details they choose to publish may be stored and displayed in the Service.
