Organizer listing cancellation terms
GoDayly collects guest payments at checkout. These terms apply when an organizer cancels a listing or related bookings.
1. What happens when you cancel
Your listing is taken down from GoDayly and every active booking on it is cancelled.
Booked guests receive email and in-app notice that you cancelled.
You may leave a cancellation reason and an optional message for guests.
2. Payments
Guests pay GoDayly at checkout.
Refunds for those payments are returned through the platform to the original payment method.
Payouts are settled to the organizer's registered bank account.
3. Full refund when the organizer cancels
If you cancel after a guest has already paid, including when a minimum number of participants is not reached, due to severe weather, or for other reasons beyond your control, the guest is refunded the full amount they paid.
Refunds are usually made via the same payment method the guest used.
Process refunds promptly (ideally within a few business days), keep proof of payment, and mark refunds as sent in your dashboard when available.
4. Next steps if you do not refund
A guest may report to GoDayly that they were not refunded.
GoDayly may ask you for proof of refund and review the case.
Your account or listings may be suspended while we review.
GoDayly refunds payments made on the platform. You remain responsible for following these terms.
Failure to refund, or repeated unresolved complaints, may lead to listing removal, restricted access, or permanent suspension. Where required by law, matters may be referred to appropriate authorities.
5. Scope of liability
Disputes about payment and refunds are between you and the guest. GoDayly is not a party to that transaction.
GoDayly is not liable for unpaid refunds, but may take platform action against accounts or listings to protect guests and the marketplace.
These terms apply together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
