Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of GoDayly, provided by HelloFriends Co., Ltd.. They apply to customers (people who book), organizers (vendors), and related account users (including platform operations roles). Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Organizer listing cancellations and related refund duties are also governed by the separate Organizer listing cancellation terms.
1. About the Service
GoDayly is a marketplace that lists events, experiences, classes, tours, and similar offerings across Korea and facilitates booking requests.
The Company does not collect, hold, or escrow customers' payments for experiences. After booking on GoDayly, customers pay organizers directly using the organizer's instructions (such as bank transfer, KakaoPay, an external payment link, or cash on site).
GoDayly acts as an intermediary that connects customers and organizers. The organizer is responsible for delivering the experience and for its quality and safety.
Organizers may purchase paid platform plans (such as Pro) for features and visibility. Those fees are paid by the organizer to the Company using the Company's designated bank details and are separate from guest-to-organizer experience payments.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Keep your account information accurate and do not share or transfer your account.
The Service is intended for users aged 14 and over. If a minor books, the customer and organizer must comply with applicable guardian-consent and other legal requirements. Per-listing age limits are organizer guidance; compliance is the responsibility of the customer and organizer.
We may warn, hide listings, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts for misuse, false information, Terms violations, or repeated unresolved refund/dispute reports.
3. Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate information and do not misuse the Service or infringe others' rights.
Prices, dates, locations, age guidance, and payment details are supplied by organizers; confirm them before you book and before you pay.
Pay the organizer directly by any stated deadline and contact the organizer first about payment, refunds, or schedule changes.
Where online cancellation is available (for example while a booking is still pending and the date has not passed), follow the in-product flow. Other cancellations and refunds follow the organizer's policy and the agreement between customer and organizer.
4. Organizer (vendor) responsibilities
Organizers must keep listings, prices, schedules, payment instructions, and staff profiles accurate and up to date.
Before listings go public, organizers must complete identity verification: businesses provide a registration number and certificate; individual organizers provide an ID/ARC number and photo. False or incomplete documents may lead to rejection or account restrictions.
Receiving, confirming, refunding, and resolving disputes about direct customer payments is the organizer's responsibility.
If you cancel a listing or related bookings, you must follow the Organizer listing cancellation terms (at /cancellation-terms), including full refund of amounts already paid by guests where those terms require it.
If you use a paid plan, follow the stated amount, deadline, and transfer memo. Unpaid fees may limit plan benefits.
5. Bookings, payments, and refunds
GoDayly is not a payment processor and does not hold guest funds in escrow or process experience refunds on behalf of organizers.
Payment confirmation, partial or full refunds, and customer-initiated cancellation rules follow the organizer's policy and the agreement between customer and organizer. Refunds when the organizer cancels are governed by the separate cancellation terms.
The Company is not liable for financial loss from missed payments, misdirected transfers, or fraud between customers and organizers, but may restrict accounts that abuse the platform and may request proof, review cases, and suspend accounts when non-refund reports are filed.
6. Content, reviews, and intellectual property
Rights in the Service design, branding, software, and structure belong to the Company or its licensors.
Images, descriptions, and reviews you supply remain yours; you grant the Company a license to host, display, and promote them as needed to operate the Service.
Illegal, defamatory, hateful, spam, or knowingly false content may be removed and accounts may be restricted.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We are not responsible for the accuracy of organizer-provided information, event changes or cancellations, or disputes between customers and organizers (including payment, refunds, service quality, and safety).
When you follow external links (for example an organizer's payment or booking page), that site's terms apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability arising from a claim is limited to the platform fees the Company received from the relevant organizer for the period at issue. This does not limit liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence where such limitation is not allowed.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Disputes arising from the Service shall be submitted to the competent court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business as the court of first instance, unless consumer-protection law mandates otherwise.
9. Changes to these Terms
If we revise these Terms, we will post the updated version on the Service with an effective date. Material changes may also be notified by email or in-product notice.
Continued use after the effective date may be treated as acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and request account deletion.
