🌾 Suncheon Bay Wetland

Stroll through vast reed fields while enjoying peaceful wetland scenery, mountain views, and refreshing coastal air.

Suncheon Bay is also an important habitat for migratory birds, making it a beautiful place to slow down and enjoy nature.

🍵 Boseong Green Tea Plantation

Explore Korea’s famous green tea capital and walk through spectacular rows of tea plants stretching across the hills.

Enjoy the fresh air, beautiful scenery, and plenty of time to explore at your own pace.

You can also try local green tea specialties, including:

⛰️ Maisan Mountain & Tapsa Temple

Discover the dramatic twin peaks of Maisan Mountain, beautiful autumn scenery, and the fascinating Tapsa Temple.

The temple is famous for its remarkable stone pagodas, with around 80 stone towers of different shapes and sizes standing beneath the rocky cliffs.

For hikers: Enjoy the mountain trail and views across the colorful valleys and surrounding countryside.

For non-hikers: No hiking is required. You can enjoy a peaceful walk around the lake, explore Tapsa Temple, take photos, or simply relax and enjoy the autumn scenery.


🗓️ Itinerary

Saturday, October 17

7:00 AM — Hongik University Station

Meet outside Exit 3.

After leaving the station, make a U-turn and walk approximately 70 meters. The bus will be waiting in front of or near the CU convenience store.

7:20–7:25 AM — Samgakji Station

Pick-up outside Exit 1.

7:40 AM — Express Bus Terminal Station

Pick-up outside Exit 8.

8:00 AM — Dongcheon Station

Pick-up at Dongcheon EX-Hub Transfer Center, near Exit 1.

8:20 AM — Yeongtong Station, Suwon

Pick-up outside Exit 1.

Minimum 5 travelers are required for this pick-up point.

11:30 AM–2:00 PM — Gochang Pink Muhly & Lunch

Arrive at Gochang and enjoy the beautiful pink muhly fields.

You’ll have free time to explore, take photos, and enjoy lunch.

Lunch is not included.

4:00–6:30 PM — Suncheon Bay Wetland

Walk through the beautiful reed fields and enjoy the spectacular wetland scenery and refreshing coastal air.

6:40 PM — Dinner

Enjoy a delicious local Korean dinner together.

After dinner, check in to the accommodation and enjoy some free time to relax, spend time with the group, or visit a nearby convenience store for snacks and drinks.


🌅 Sunday, October 18

7:00–8:00 AM — Breakfast

Enjoy breakfast at the accommodation before getting ready for the second day.

8:00 AM — Depart for Boseong

9:00 AM–12:00 PM — Boseong Green Tea Plantation & Lunch

Explore the spectacular tea plantation at your own pace.

Walk toward the upper tea fields for beautiful views or enjoy a relaxing stroll around the plantation.

You’ll also have time to purchase local specialties and lunch.

Lunch is not included.

2:00–5:00 PM — Maisan Mountain & Tapsa Temple

Explore Maisan and visit the famous Tapsa Temple and its unique stone pagodas.

Hiking is optional, so you can choose between exploring the trails or enjoying the surrounding scenery at a more relaxed pace.

5:05 PM — Depart for Seoul

Travelers continuing to Daejeon or another destination may arrange onward transportation by bus or KTX from Cheonan.

Approximately 7:40 PM — Jukjeon Highway Bus Stop

Drop-off with access to the Suin–Bundang Line.

Approximately 8:10–8:40 PM — Seoul Drop-Offs

  • Express Bus Terminal Station

  • Samgakji Station

  • Hongik University Station

All arrival and drop-off times are approximate and may change depending on traffic and road conditions.

Accommodation

Shared Korean-style accommodation for 3–4 people per room is included.

A private room or couple's room may be available for an additional charge.
